🌱 S.A.F.E. Triage® Demo

Thank you for trying out S.A.F.E. Triage® a free public service for care counselors.

🕒 Zero Data Retention Notice: All tracking links, simulated matches, and test dashboard logs generated during this demo session are subject to a strict automation policy and will be permanently scrubbed from the test ledger after 48 hours.

A few questions about who you are before you start 👇

You can absolutely hand a person in crisis a photocopied sheet or send a text or email with your referral, and do it compliantly.

By using S.A.F.E. Triage ® you will also:

  • Routes crisis-level inquiries with up to date 988 protocols and up to date referrals in a HIPAA compliant workflow.
  • No more hunting through outdated spreadsheets to find the right referral. Reported wait times and latest specialties are automatically updated.
  • Fully encrypted, HIPAA-compliant routing and a mindful custody hand off.

Think of the matching engine as a highly disciplined digital sorting clerk. When a new submission arrives, the clerk is handed a note with three specific clues: a State, a Denial Reason, and a Financial Status. The clerk’s sole job is to walk over to the Resource_Directory spreadsheet and find every single row that matches those three clues perfectly. The clerk then checks every result for the latest service offering, estimated wait times, and any inclusivity markers.

The system has a hardcoded “red flag” that immediately stop the automated intake and sends designated crisis hotlines (like 988)

All data captured by S.A.F.E. is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we execute a BAA to legally share the liability of safeguarding patient data.

With S.A.F.E., triage is meant to assess urgency and fit (e.g., matching the patient with a therapist who specializes in trauma vs. substance abuse), not to diagnose a condition.

S.A.F.E. routes patients based on operational metrics (scheduling, provider availability, general care categories) rather than attempting to provide automated clinical therapy or standalone diagnostic assessments.

S.A.F.E. acts as a force multiplier for your existing front-desk team, rather than a complex system requiring extensive IT management. Using S.A.F.E. is four simple steps:

1: When a patient isn’t a fit, you or your team inputs their basic triage details into your secure interface, either mobile or desktop.

2: Our core background logic takes over. If the patient is in crisis, they receive 988 instructions. If they are safe, our system matches them against a custom, updated resource directory you control.

3: The patient gets a secure, expiring link. Once they verify their identity on a HIPAA compliant, private portal, their matched resource is revealed. You have mindfully handed off custody.

4: No medical details are ever sent over open email. Everything is encrypted, tracked, and securely logged.
